Responsibilities:
Conduct for training process
Evaluation for training program
Initiates and compile training program
Create and developing moduls
Requirements:
Male and Female, with max age 35 years old
Bachelor degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication/ Public Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent from reputable University (GPA 3.00)
Min 1 years relevant working experience (in teaching or training areas)
Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
Willing to travel
