Requirements: Fluent Mandarin both in writing and speaking, 1-2 years experience in inbound section for mandarin speaking market in travel agent

Requirements: 1-2 years experience in the same field, familiar with Process bookings from oversea agents and guests for Hotels, Tours, Activities. Transport and guide assignment, fast learner and flexible with shift duty
Marketing Staff for Online Travel Agent (Hoterip.com)
Requirements: 1-2 years experience in online travel agent
Operation Staff
Requirements: Fluent in English both oral and written, 1-2 years experience in similar field, strong negotiation skill and able to handle complaint
Guest Relation Officer
Requirements: Able to communicate in Japanese/English language both oral and written, have skill on complaint management, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Accounting Staff (Jakarta Based)
Requirements: 2-4 years of accounting experience, familiar with monthly closing, bank reconciliations, schedule preparation, and journal entries is required
General Requirements:
English communication skill
Experience in Tour & Travel or Hotel industries is an advantage
Basic IT skill
Pro-active and self learner
Have a customer service orientation and good human skill
Education : diploma degree and above
